Monica is an expert in processing loans for many types of real estate including, homes, income property, construction loans, ranches, part time farms and land. Monica also has considerable experience as manager of a mortgage company and, before entering the lending business, she worked for an escrow company for 3 years.

Tara was born and raised in Paso Robles and graduated from Paso Robles High School. She has taken classes at Cuesta College to help direct her career and enhance her communication skills.
